Afghanis-tan web comic

I came across this on the Hetalia wikipedia page. Anyone else read this?

I like Hetalia America better than this America. But she's cute! It's interesting..

I don't like this America! She's just a jerk! I don't think she has any redeeming qualities at all...

And as an American I was slightly offeneded by how the author chose to portray 9/11. That is still a major thing here and very serious, and it seemed kinda like thay were making it silly.

I know! It's similar to Hetalia in that it's personified nations, but I think that's about it.
It's not the same in that it chooses to go over more controversial topics. When Hetalia makes fun of something, at least they do it in a nice way! I wasn't actually very keen on this, I wondered if any other fans had seen it.
I think the author got so many complaints after the 9/11 thing he stopped. I wonder why he chose the middle east to webcomic? That's kinda asking some trouble...

That's why I like Hetalia so much, both the author ((I know his name but I can't remember how to spell it ORZ)) and the fans know when to stop.

The middle east is a very touchy subject, it seems like it would be ridiculous to even try and make it into a webcomic...

Ya I read some of the Afganis-tah (urg I can't spell "OTL) comics and I found myself geting angry pretty quickly. I'm not even that patriotic! That's one thing I like about Hetalia, Himaruya doesn't go into 911, pearl habor, or things like the holocaust.

I've seen the Humon ones before. They're adorable, Canada is super hairy. XP
